WEBridgED is the umbrella brand under which specialized initiatives and services may be developed, including WePreparED — Education & Mobility and WeMarketED — Business & Market Access.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to visitors and customers who access this website or purchase services offered through WEBridgED and its brands.

Additional information presented on a specific service page, checkout page or written service proposal may form part of the agreement for that particular service.

3. WePreparED educational services

WePreparED provides independent educational orientation, assessment, application preparation tools and, where expressly offered, personalized support.

Current services may include:

• Quick Check — free preliminary assessment.
• Profile Review — automated profile analysis.
• Application Review — automated analysis of a specific application based on information provided by the user.
• Application Support — personalized support for an agreed application, subject to prior acceptance by WePreparED.

The exact scope and price displayed when a service is purchased apply to that transaction.

4. Independent service

WePreparED and WEBridgED are independent from Stipendium Hungaricum, Tempus Public Foundation, universities, scholarship providers, government authorities and other institutions unless a specific relationship is expressly identified.

Official applications to scholarship programmes or educational institutions must be submitted through the relevant official channels.

Purchasing a WePreparED service does not purchase access to a scholarship, university place or official application process.

5. No guarantee of outcome

WEBridgED and WePreparED do not guarantee admission, nomination, selection, scholarship awards, visas, residence permits or any other outcome controlled by a third party.

Assessments, scores, classifications and recommendations provided through WePreparED are orientation tools. They are not official scores or predictions issued by a university, scholarship programme or public authority.

6. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for their own applications and decisions.

In particular, the user is responsible for:

• providing complete and accurate information;
• checking official eligibility requirements, deadlines and application instructions;
• reviewing and approving all documents before submission;
• submitting applications through the correct official channels;
• complying with applicable institutional, immigration and legal requirements.

7. Automated assessments

Some WePreparED services use automated rules and calculations to generate assessments based on information entered by the user.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these automated assessments do not independently verify supporting documents or information provided by the user.

Automated results should therefore be understood as educational guidance rather than an official determination of eligibility or probability of selection.

8. Application Support

Application Support is a personalized service offered only after WePreparED reviews the student's request and confirms that the case can be accepted.

The standard service is intended for one agreed application and may include the scope described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.

The student remains the author and owner of their application. WePreparED provides guidance, feedback and review but does not submit the application on behalf of the student.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, third-party costs such as application fees, certified translations, document legalization, language examinations, visa fees and similar expenses are not included.

9. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed before purchase. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the transaction, subject to any taxes or charges that must legally be displayed or collected.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment service provider such as Stripe. WEBridgED does not directly store complete payment card details processed by that provider.

10. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Cancellation, statutory withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy and by mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, assessments, methodology, reports, written materials, design and original content made available through WEBridgED and its brands are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.

Purchasing a service gives the customer the right to use the resulting materials for their own personal purposes. It does not transfer ownership of WEBridgED methodologies, templates, software or other underlying intellectual property.

12. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or use the service to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation or academic misconduct.

13. Third-party services and websites

The website may refer or link to universities, scholarship programmes, payment providers and other third parties.

Those organizations operate independently and their own terms, policies and decisions apply when users interact with them.

14. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue website functionality or individual services. Changes will not remove rights already acquired by customers under applicable law or an existing paid agreement.

15. Liability

WEBridgED provides educational orientation and support but does not control decisions made by universities, scholarship programmes, government authorities or other third parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WEBridgED is not responsible for losses resulting solely from third-party decisions, changes to official requirements, or inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Personal data

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we process, why we process it, how long it may be retained and the rights available to data subjects.

17. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider identified in Section 1, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to customers in their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights provided by applicable law.
